Business Analyst

Keystone Solutions is recruiting an ICT Business Analyst / Product Owner to deliver a consultancy mission for our client within a complex and socially impactful environment. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will combine strong analytical skills with a clear product vision and take end-to-end ownership of digital solutions that strengthen the client's operations. You will act as the bridge between business and IT, translating operational needs into concrete, scalable, and future-proof solutions while safeguarding product vision, priorities, and roadmap to maximize value for end users. You will work closely with internal client stakeholders (operational services, management, IT teams) and external partners, playing a key role in realizing innovative solutions within a dedicated focus team in the client's Intelligence & Innovation function.

• →Analyze and document business needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions (as a Keystone Solutions consultant working with the client's stakeholders).
• →Act as Product Owner in agile projects: manage the backlog, prioritize items, and shape the roadmap to deliver incremental value.
• →Optimize business processes and support digital transformation initiatives at the client.
• →Facilitate workshops and stakeholder forums to gather requirements, align priorities, and validate solutions.
• →Safeguard quality, monitor progress, and ensure measurable added value of delivered solutions.
• →Actively contribute to innovation within the client's focus team, proposing improvements and piloting new ideas.
• →Collaborate with internal client stakeholders (operations, management, IT teams) and external partners to ensure adoption and impact.

• Proven experience as a business analyst (Must have; 5+ years; Senior).
• Proven experience in general business operations applied to ICT (Must have; 5+ years; Senior).
• Proven experience with development and optimization of business processes (BPM) (Must have).
• Proven knowledge and experience with agile and scrum methodologies (Must have).
• Proven knowledge and experience with reporting (e.g., KPIs, dashboards) (Must have).
• Willingness to sign a client IT Code of Conduct (Must have).
• Willingness to sign a client Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) (Must have).
• Language requirement: Dutch at CEFR C2 level (Must have).
• Proven experience with stakeholder management (Should have).
• Proven knowledge and experience with change management and adoption trajectories (Should have).
• Proven knowledge and experience with integration topics and API architecture (Should have).
• Proven knowledge and experience with UX/UI principles and user research (Should have).
• Proven knowledge and experience across project management facets, including cost, timing, coordination, planning, and estimations (Should have).
• Proven knowledge and experience with security and privacy (GDPR) in ICT environments (Nice to have).

• You will be employed by Keystone Solutions and deliver this mission as a consultant, working on-site and/or in hybrid mode at the client's location.
• You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders while leveraging Keystone Solutions' internal expertise, methods, and communities of practice.
• You will uphold consulting best practices: clear scoping, value-driven delivery, transparent communication, and continuous improvement.
• You will adhere to client security, privacy, and compliance requirements, including signing the client's NDA and IT Code of Conduct.
