Business Analyst Consultant

As part of the evolution and maintenance of the WBFIN platform (budgetary and accounting solution based on SAP) for our client, the ERP service center analyst (digital) will support the business (SPW-Finances) in their requests for corrections and developments across three main areas:

• For improvement requests: Review and challenge to avoid low-value functionalities and/or overly complex solutions (Simplification / Performance).
• For UAT of releases/projects: Support for the business.
• In terms of tests conducted by external applications (both providers and business teams): Coordination of tests.

Currently, an internal analyst is handling this support, but it is necessary to quickly implement an external resource to manage the workload (number of requests), ensure the quality of support provided to the business, and maintain good coordination with external providers and the SPW Digital teams.

These responsibilities will be carried out under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model, where you will be hired to work on client projects.
