The client is seeking a Business Analyst - Expert Cards for a consultancy mission delivered by Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our values and expertise while working on-site at the client’s location.

Responsibilities

→Analyze issues and propose improvements for cards products and services.
→Evaluate and analyze change requests.
→Identify solutions collaboratively with squad colleagues and assess different options.
→Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria.
→Act as an interface with stakeholders.
→Bridge business needs with IT teams.
→Define business scope, target operating model, and interfaces (Business and IT).
→Follow up on implementation of changes, including Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).

Master Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.

Mandatory: Relevant technical experience.
Preferable: Knowledge of cards-related technology and architecture.

Mandatory: Business expertise in cards and related services, knowledge of the cards industry (especially in Belgium), ability to understand and communicate complex business topics and their link with IT, experience as a Business Analyst in a cards environment.
Preferable: Experience in project management and/or as Product Owner in a cards business, experience with agile methodology, knowledge of other payment methods such as Wero, Apple Pay, etc.
