Collection Officer Consultant

This opportunity is a consultancy mission at the client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Collection Officer, you will be hired by Keystone Solutions to deliver your expertise within the client’s operations environment, embracing the consultant identity and contributing to impactful projects.

• →Recover unpaid instalments to prevent customers from being transferred to litigation.
• →Ensure day-to-day outgoing and incoming contacts with customers in arrears.

• Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• French: Strong written and spoken communication skills.

• At least Secondary Education Certificate.

• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking.

• A first experience in the domain (collection and/or contact centre) is a plus.

• Good expertise in MS Office.
• Familiar with various IT tools.

• Experience with phone calls and contact center (mandatory).
• Strong interest in finance and banking products (preferable).
