Construction Lead HVAC

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Construction Lead specializing in HVAC for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing, planning, and ensuring the quality of contractors and construction sites, supporting project leaders and safety services to deliver projects in compliance with legal regulations.

• →Support contractors and project leaders during project execution and coordinate contractors for smaller maintenance projects to ensure optimal project flow.
• →Coordinate and align activities between various executing parties.
• →Handle necessary administration to grant employee access to sites and prepare work for larger projects.
• →Monitor necessary access and administrative conditions for external parties, including CheckIn@Work and Limosa where applicable.
• →Provide necessary documents, such as plans and safety guidelines, to contractors.
• →Ensure that required work permits and practical conditions for execution are in order.
• →Inform about the progress and any issues during the execution of works.
• →Technically monitor activities within industrial electricity or HVAC and involve the right internal parties when technical alignment is needed.
• →Track and document technical and administrative changes and milestones in the technical file during and after the works to ensure proper follow-up.
• →Ensure that changes during execution are recorded in the construction file.
• →Document executed works, including a photo archive and reports.
• →Report significant changes to the project leader.
• →Act as a point of contact for contractors on-site and ensure good information flow between various internal and external parties to proactively detect and propose solutions for conflicts regarding planning, quality, location, or technical execution.
• →Serve as the first point of contact during the execution phase and ensure good coordination between involved parties.
• →Chair contractor meetings and provide input during site meetings.
• →Escalate issues as necessary.
• →Advise on problems and involve the necessary parties to make decisions.
• →Contribute to safety policy by ensuring compliance with safety regulations, including site regulations and relevant laws, and collaborate on prevention policies.
• →Create permits for hazardous work and evaluate task risk analyses.
• →Conduct kick-off meetings and ensure the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• →Hold kick-off and toolbox meetings and ensure that safety standards are applied.
• →Monitor practical site conditions regarding PPE, behavior on-site, and waste management.
• →Identify improvements and apply lessons learned to ensure continuous optimization of work on existing and new sites.
• →Prepare reports of unusual incidents, incident reports, and fact analyses.
• →Initiate improvement proposals and develop measures within the work domain.
• →Enhance, set up, and roll out processes and working methods.
• →Stay updated on legislation and refresh knowledge regarding relevant safety standards, guidelines, and new developments in the field of industrial electricity or HVAC to possess the most current insights and information.
• →Read industry literature.
• →Stay informed about new developments in the field.
• →Participate in training.

• Possess a relevant technical background in industrial electricity or HVAC.
• Have demonstrable experience in the execution, coordination, or site supervision of industrial electrical installations or HVAC installations.
• Be able to understand and utilize technical plans, execution documents, and specifications in the field.
• Be capable of monitoring technical execution on-site, detecting deviations, and coordinating with contractors, project leaders, and internal technical parties.
• Experience in an industrial, nuclear, or other highly regulated work environment is a significant advantage.
