Data Scientist Consultant

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Data Scientist Consultant for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves working on the development of the M3D matching engine, which includes job seeker profiles, job offers, and training offers. The consultant will be responsible for presenting results in a user-friendly manner and ensuring the integration of these results into the client's systems.

• →Design and develop user interfaces for presenting results from the M3D engine, including business positioning, profile robustness, job and training proposals, and recommended pathways.
• →Ensure clear and concise display of matching criteria, skill gaps, and prioritization of proposals, along with the creation of dashboards for monitoring and management (data quality, test results, usage indicators, and performance metrics).
• →Collaborate closely with users and technical/business stakeholders through workshops, demonstrations, and feedback collection during testing phases, ensuring accessibility and multilingual interfaces to align solutions with operational needs.
• →Contribute to the development of the matching engine itself, including matching logic, API contracts, containerized applications, and validation of delivered versions in close collaboration with the Azure/Fabric expert.
• →Engage in ongoing maintenance, documentation, and support for deployed solutions until the end of 2027, as defined in collaboration with project leaders.

• Recent experience as a Data Scientist with expertise in end-to-end AI application development.
• Proficiency in frontend development and result presentation, particularly on Microsoft technology stack (Azure, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Fabric).
