Experienced Coach for Project Leaders

Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced consultant to support project leaders in nature restoration projects at a client site. This consultancy mission involves providing guidance on administrative, legal, technical, and procedural aspects of project execution.

The consultant will carry out the following responsibilities under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model:

• →Initiate preparatory studies, including assessing requirements such as archaeology, heritage, topographical surveys, ecohydrology, and environmental impact assessments.
• →Draft technical and administrative specifications and assist in developing assignment documents while ensuring compliance with public procurement legislation.
• →Advise project leaders on assembling necessary documentation for environmental permits and prepare permit applications, following up on permit processes.
• →Prepare and guide placement procedures for public contracts, create awarding documents, and support project leaders in the administrative processing of files.
• →Manage public contracts in the 3P system, guiding project leaders in its use and ensuring proper administrative follow-up.
• →Provide coaching to project leaders and new administrative staff, sharing knowledge on permits, specifications, and public contracts.
• →Support team operations, including work planning, onboarding new employees, and coordinating tasks in consultation with management.
