Keystone Solutions is seeking a Consultant for a dynamic consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the structuring of a new Real Estate & Facilities department, ensuring it serves as an effective support function tailored to the needs of teams and users.
Responsibilities

- →Analyze existing analyses and work done by various teams in charge of real estate and facilities.
- →Understand the usage of different spaces and buildings.
- →Identify dysfunctions, overlaps, and unmet needs.
- →Define a target organization by clarifying the scope, roles, and responsibilities of the department.
- →Structure real estate and facilities activities.
- →Define interfaces with other departments and stakeholders.
- →Formalize processes and operational rules.
- →Map key processes and define associated responsibilities.
- →Develop a clear and shared usage framework for spaces.
- →Formulate a coherent real estate strategy by analyzing occupancy and performance of various sites.
- →Make recommendations regarding acquisition, disposal, or optimization of properties.
- →Contribute to the rationalization and enhancement of the real estate portfolio.
- →Support transformation by defining and implementing a change management approach.
- →Assist teams in adopting new operational modes and adjust mechanisms based on feedback.

Requirements
~1 min read- Master's degree in management sciences, real estate, engineering, or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in organizational consulting, real estate management, facilities management, or organizational transformation.
- Proven experience in leading transformation projects and change management.
- Good understanding of issues related to workspaces, shared places, and their governance.
- Knowledge of the social economy, cooperatives, or third places is an asset.
- Fluency in French; knowledge of Dutch and English is desired.
