Global Products Contracting Officer

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Global Products Contracting Officer, you will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects within the Corporate Banking sector. Your responsibilities will be carried out under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model, ensuring you bring our values and expertise to every engagement.

• →Contacting the client, preparing Connexis contracts, and managing your own client portfolio.
• →Learning the specific features of Connexis, an international product sold in more than 40 countries, and becoming autonomous within two months.

• Trilingual: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• Bachelor or master degree.
• Technical writing skills and experience with process modelling techniques and methods.
• Good expertise in MS Office.
• Experience with process modelling tools (Visio, Aris) and the creation of flow charts.
• Good understanding of workflow processes.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented.
• Structured approach.
• Able to work independently.

• Based in Brussels. After an initial training period: 50% on site and 50% homeworking.
