We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. The primary responsibility of the IT Project Manager will be to manage multiple business-IT projects in the field of document management, including electronic signatures and test management, in accordance with the client's standards.

Responsibilities

→Manage files, decisions, risks, contracts, schedules, and open actions.
→Define and maintain scope, PBS/WBS, planning, budget, resources, dependencies, assumptions, risks, and issues.
→Organize SteerCo meetings, prepare decisions, and maintain reliable PSR reporting.
→Oversee suppliers, commitments, SLAs, deliverables, and escalations.
→Contribute to special specifications and offer analyses with Procurement, Vendor Management, and technical experts.
→Organize pilots, tests, UAT, acceptance criteria, reconciliation, cutover/rollback, and production validation.
→Manage change, communication, and coordination with impacted users.
→Prepare documentation, knowledge transfer, and Move2Run to operational teams.
→Ensure alignment with GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2, and applicable security policies.
→Support the harmonization of PM practices.
