IT Project Manager

Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. The client is focused on modernizing their tools to enhance user experience across all channels. This role involves coordinating a multi-year project aimed at improving operational efficiency and service delivery.

As the IT Project Manager, you will ensure the overall coordination of the project, linking business teams, analysts, developers, and architects to guarantee a common understanding of objectives, coherent prioritization, and controlled execution. You will be responsible for the progress, coordination, and quality of implementation, while working closely with senior project managers and the IT director.

• →Project Management: Define project scope and phases, manage budget and resources, maintain the roadmap, coordinate activities and dependencies, identify risks, and prepare governance meetings.
• →Coordination with IT Teams: Collaborate daily with developers, tech leads, and business analysts, understand technical constraints, facilitate decision-making, and ensure collaboration among IT teams.
• →Change Management: Foster stakeholder engagement, contribute to communication efforts, and ensure coherence across initiatives.

• Implementation planning and resource estimation.
• Establishment of project meeting rhythms and documentation.
• Framing of the first modernization phase.

You will collaborate with a steering committee including the CEO, IT management, and project teams consisting of architects, business analysts, and development teams.

• Experience: At least 5 years in managing application projects or digital transformation, with proven experience in end-to-end application modernization.
• IT Understanding: Ability to grasp application architecture principles, technical debt issues, and engage effectively with developers.
• Business Orientation: Strong listening skills, ability to synthesize discussions into actionable needs, and a focus on value creation.
• Leadership: Ability to unite diverse profiles, communicate clearly, and navigate complex environments.
• Languages: Fluent French is essential, good English level required, Dutch is a plus.

• Ability to autonomously lead business workshops.
• Experience in application modernization projects.
• Ability to adapt in a progressively evolving environment.
