→Carry out transversal business functions as a Senior Operations Officer.
→Work location is at the client site in Brussels, with an expectation of 50% on-site and 50% homeworking.
→Language requirements: Native or fluent in Dutch and French; profound knowledge of English.
→Education: Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
→Certification: Not applicable.
→Travel: Not applicable.
→Required experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience.
→Technical experience (mandatory): Good expertise in MS Office, familiar with various IT tools, client contact.
→Business experience (mandatory): Knowledge of KYC.
→Business experience (preferable): Strong interest in finance and banking products, knowledge of KYC, knowledge of AML alerts.
→Soft skills: Strong communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented, able to work independently, stress resistant and flexible, problem-solver, accuracy and precision, quality-minded.
