Operations Officer Consultant

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an Operations Officer within the Operational Permanent Control domain. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.

• →Ensure day-to-day operational support and control on Credits (Professional and Individuals).
• →Provide ad hoc project support.
• →Issue management and reporting.
• →Act as a point of contact towards internal and external clients.
• →Guarantee business continuity and customer satisfaction.
• →Roll out and carry out controls, monitor and report operational risks in the departments in scope, provide feedback of control results to business partners, and discuss action plans with the business if negative control results are found.

• Dutch: Fluent or native

• English: Profound knowledge

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Good expertise in MS Office (mandatory)
• Familiar with various IT Tools (mandatory)

• Good knowledge in Professional Loans (mandatory)
• Experience in control execution (mandatory)
• Good knowledge in Professional Loans (preferable)
• Strong interest in finance and banking (products) (preferable)
• Front-end and back-end experience of the processes for daily banking activities in a banking environment (preferable)
