As a Performance and Assurance Specialist, you will support the hybrid Service Integrator in making services visible, measurable, and manageable. This position is a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions, focusing on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting performance data, monitoring quality and compliance with agreed frameworks, and providing clear management information to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

→Develop, maintain, and follow up on performance indicators, quality measurements, and assurance mechanisms.
→Collect, consolidate, and analyze service performance across various providers.
→Prepare dashboards, reports, and management information for governance and service reviews.
→Identify deviations, trends, structural risks, and points of attention.
→Support quality controls and assurance on service operations.
→Assist in preparing reports for governance boards and other follow-up moments.
→Formulate improvement proposals based on data analysis and established trends.
→Contribute to consistent, transparent, and usable performance tracking within the run.

Requirements
