The Process Officer Cards position is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and values to every engagement.

Responsibilities

→Define and analyse existing business models using process modelling techniques and methods
→Manage end-to-end process description (AS IS)
→Review and update existing processes
→Process documentation
→Document management
→Incident Management Process Design

Requirements

Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills
French: Strong written and spoken communication skills
English: Strong written and spoken communication skills

Bachelor or master degree

At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Technical writing skills and experience with process modelling techniques and methods
Good expertise in MS Office
Experience with process modelling tools (Visio, Aris) and the creation of flow charts
Good understanding of work flow processes

Knowledge of the banking world
Knowledge in new Card technologies (Android Pay, Google Pay, Payconiq ...) is a strong plus
Experience designing Incident Management Process for a product/functionality is an added value
Knowledge in card fraud and dispute is a nice to have
Previous experience at the client is a plus
