Product Owner Consultant

Mission Overview:

The client is seeking a Product Owner for a consultancy mission through Keystone Solutions, to be carried out on-site at the client location. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our values and expertise while working on dynamic client projects.Mission Context:

The Cash Management Competence Center operates at a group level and is responsible for steering and developing the Corporate Cash Management franchise globally. Responsibilities include defining product vision with key stakeholders, mobilizing resources to complete the product vision, coordinating the demand to delivery process based on business value management, and supporting client implementation. The Payments Tribe is at the heart of the European and global financial payments marketplace, maintaining and evolving a large portfolio of payment assets for group entities. The Product Owner will join the SEPA Direct Debit Squad, collaborating with local product management teams and other product owners on group products.Responsibilities:

• Act as Product Owner of the SEPA Direct Debit squad within the Payments Tribe, reporting in the Cash Management Competence Center
• Cover creditor and debtor aspects, PSP clients, and connectivity to multiple Clearing and Settlement Houses
• Prioritize tasks and create plans to ensure timely delivery of solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders, take ownership of priorities, and represent the squad
• Participate in refinement of OPUS and Features to determine value and prioritization of user stories
• Ensure backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories
• Define objectives and track results for successful delivery
• Work in an agile environment

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
• Proven track record and product knowledge on receivables
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team player
• Ability to bring people together around a shared vision, motivate and coach team members
• Experience in financial services, preferably payments
• Willingness to understand client challenges and assess impacts
• Customer-obsessed mindset with affinity for IT topics
• Good knowledge of English and at least one national language

Language Requirements:

• Sound knowledge of Dutch or French
• Sound knowledge of English as well as (at least) one local language

Education:

• Master's degree or equivalent by experience

Certification:

• Optional

Travel:

• Occasional travel to Paris or Lisbon

Telework:

• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking

• At least 7 years of relevant experience
