Responsibilities

Requirements

Master diploma
At least 10 years of relevant experience in similar roles
Business experience in Human Resources (mandatory)
Business experience in Learning & Development or Recruitment (preferable)
Written and spoken communication skills in Dutch, French, and English
Ability to see the overall picture (helicopter view) and strategic thinking
Strong communicator, diplomatic, and customer-oriented
Commercial awareness
Proactive attitude
Team spirit
Management skills and ability to motivate people
Structured and goal-oriented approach
50% on-site and 50% homeworking
No travel required
