Project Manager Consultant

We are seeking a Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. In this role, you will lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to objectives, timelines, costs, and quality standards.

• →Manage projects by defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• →Develop and maintain the project plan along with associated plans (resources, risks, communication, quality).
• →Monitor project progress and coordinate necessary actions for successful execution.
• →Ensure project alignment with business needs and organizational priorities.
• →Gather, analyze, and formalize user and business requirements.
• →Maintain regular communication with sponsors, clients, and technical teams.
• →Organize and facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and workshops.
• →Support decision-making processes and track agreed actions.
• →Plan and coordinate internal and external resources assigned to the project.
• →Identify, analyze, and monitor project risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
• →Implement action plans to mitigate project impacts.
• →Manage change requests and assess their impacts on costs, timelines, and scope.
• →Participate in defining needs for external services.
• →Oversee operational follow-up of suppliers and consultants.
• →Control the quality of deliverables and validate completed services.
• →Ensure compliance with contractual commitments.
• →Track key project indicators (schedule, budget, quality, risks, benefits).
• →Prepare reports for sponsors and management.
• →Monitor budget and propose necessary adjustments.
• →Ensure project documentation is updated and decisions are traceable.
• →Apply project management methodologies and processes in use at Keystone Solutions.
• →Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement of project management practices.
• →Share best practices with other project managers.
