The Project Manager (IT) role is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to deliver impactful projects for our client in Brussels, working within a dynamic banking environment.

Responsibilities

→Coordinate and oversee deliveries across various squads within an Agile Tribe, collaborating closely with IT Tribe Leads.
→Ensure commitments are met regarding deadlines, quality, and budget, working with technical teams.
→Identify and remove impediments blocking project progress.
→Ensure deliverables comply with security standards and internal policies.
→Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth delivery.
→Maintain effective communication and reporting, including daily updates with the IT Tribe Lead.
→Produce dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery tracking.
→Prepare and present progress updates at steering committees and governance meetings.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in an Agile complex environment.
Experience in the banking sector is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence).
Proven experience in project management and delivery management.
Experience with planning tooling is preferable.
Experience on IT projects is mandatory; experience in the banking sector is preferable.
Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Project Management, or Business Administration.
Agile Project Management certification; PMI/PMP knowledge is a plus.
Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
