Senior Business Analyst Consultant

Mission Overview:

The client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a consultancy mission through Keystone Solutions, working on-site within a leading financial institution's Cash Management, Trade, and Global Factoring Competence Center in Brussels. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our values and expertise while engaging in dynamic projects that drive strategic impact.Responsibilities:

• Support the product manager in all activities, including stakeholder alignment, planning, and production of deliverables (Roadmap, Business requirements, WS document, KPIs, Financials) for key committees with top management.
• Take ownership of specific initiatives, including documentation of business vision, business needs, X-entity documentation summary, business requirements description and sharing, risk, quality and issue management, and liaison between stakeholders to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the Operational Resilience stream for Credit Transfer, reinforcing the team around this critical topic.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a business analyst in project-driven environments.
• Proven ability to communicate with IT, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Business stakeholders.
• Mandatory technical experience in international payments ecosystems and payments processing chains (excluding card-based).
• Mandatory business experience in banking, payments management, and SEPA payments knowledge.
• Preferable experience in finance and treasury, operational resilience, and DORA knowledge.
• Language requirements: French (mandatory), English (excellent written and oral), Dutch (is a plus).
• Soft skills: entrepreneurial spirit, analytical mind, conceptual thinking, negotiation and persuasion skills, structured approach, independence, problem-solving, quality-minded, goal-oriented, and openness to change.
• Travel may be required depending on work planning (occasional travel to Paris possible).
• Telework expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking.
