Senior Business Analyst KYC Foundations Consultant

Mission Overview:

The client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the KYC Foundations squad within the Transformation Office. This is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and values to every engagement.Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and subject matter experts to understand business and technology strategies, develop domain knowledge, identify high-level requirements, and foster reuse and continuity across all projects.
• Analyze and design new business processes.
• Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Work with project managers, architects, and team members to define metrics and performance goals for applications.
• Participate in transitioning requirements and use cases to designers, ensuring clear and complete understanding.
• Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Actively manage requirements traceability for impact and coverage analysis.
• Participate in quality management reviews, especially reviews of designs, prototypes, and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfill requirements.
• Plan and actively execute the business analysis requirements management strategy, communicating, driving, and managing the business analysis effort through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Partner with internal and external development and technology delivery organizations, prioritizing dependencies to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Serve as a liaison to the business community.

Required Experience and Knowledge:

• At least 4 years of relevant experience as a business analyst.
• Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods.
• Good expertise in MS Office.
• Good understanding of IT and testing.
• Experience with requirements management.
• Good understanding of workflow processes.
• Experience in the KYC domain in a project context (not purely operational).
• Strong IT conceptual and technical affinity.
• Experience in a scaled agile environment.
• Previous experience within a banking environment is a plus.
