Senior IT Project Manager Consultant

Mission Overview:

The client is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for a consultancy mission through Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our company on-site at the client, delivering expertise and value in IT project management.Responsibilities:

• Act as Initiative Owner for IT Production initiatives.
• Collaborate with other Project Managers within Agile Production Services (APS).
• Support business Initiative Owners to ensure delivery, manage prioritization, budget, value for money, and scope conflicts.
• Monitor and control the progress of feature delivery related to initiatives.
• Ensure initiatives deliver expected results.
• Collect feature status information from Feature Delivery Owners.
• Manage stakeholders and organize required ceremonies.
• Identify and log impediments at initiative/opus/feature level.
• Facilitate impediment resolution at initiative level.
• Simplify discussions, decisions, and conflict resolution by creating a safe, trust-based environment.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate information flow and protect the team from unexpected workloads, aligning with APS Management.
• Contribute to Scrum of Scrum and Quarterly Agile Planning.
• Bridge business stakeholders and IT suppliers, challenging both parties to ensure optimal solutions (cost, quality, budget).
• Report to the Chapter Lead of IT APS Transversal Roles.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or equivalent by experience with at least 3 years of strong experience in a similar function.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar function and a professional experience of at least 8 years.
• Ability to understand technical and complex infrastructure architecture design documents (mandatory).
• Knowledge of infrastructure migration projects (preferable).
• Experience in the banking sector (preferable).
• Ability to work in Agile Way Of Working (preferable).
• Fluency in French and Dutch; good command of English.
• Team spirit and ability to work in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment.
• Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and synthesis skills.
• Flexible, accurate, and control-minded.
