As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged on a consultancy mission with our client as a Senior Project & Transition Manager – CISO. This critical leadership role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives and their successful transition into operations within the client's Cyber and Information Security Team. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope, and are fully integrated, stabilized, and sustainable within the operational environment, operating under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model.
This is a consultancy role where you will work on-site with the client as part of Keystone Solutions' team. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders while benefiting from Keystone's community, coaching, and knowledge-sharing culture. The engagement requires a minimum of 2 days per week on-site with the client, with additional flexibility as needed by the mission.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead the end-to-end management of CISO initiatives, from initiation through delivery, transition, and stabilization.
- →Ensure alignment with the client's cybersecurity, compliance, and business objectives.
- →Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies across project and transition phases.
- →Ensure service readiness, including processes, documentation, tooling, and operational capabilities.
- →Coordinate knowledge transfer and handover activities from delivery teams to operations.
- →Define and validate acceptance criteria for operational handover.
- →Collaborate closely with business, IT, security, and operational stakeholders.
- →Ensure compliance with security frameworks, ITIL practices, and regulatory requirements.
- →Drive service stabilization and performance monitoring post-implementation.
- →Ensure high-quality documentation, reporting, and communication throughout the lifecycle (via JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft 365).
- →Establish and enforce governance, policies, and best practices across delivery and transition activities.
- →Drive continuous improvement of project and transition processes.
- →Maintain full accountability for delivery success, operational readiness, and service continuity.
- 20+ years of experience in IT, including large enterprise environments.
- At least 10+ years of experience in project, program, or transition management.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programs/projects and associated service transitions.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex initiatives with budget oversight exceeding 20M€.
- Proven ability to deliver tangible results in critical operational and high-risk environments.
- Certification in a project or service management methodology (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, PMBOK, PM2, ITIL) — at least one required.
- Min. 2 days/week onsite.
- Dutch or French: C2 level (native or near-native proficiency in at least one). English: C1 level (advanced working proficiency).

- Delivery of large-scale and complex transformation initiatives;
- Successful transition of solutions into operational environments;
- Experience in cybersecurity and critical operational environments;
- Exposure to senior business, IT and executive stakeholders.

3. Stakeholder & Executive Management Proven ability to align business, IT, security and operations stakeholders, manage governance structures, and provide reporting and decision support at senior management and executive level.
4. Governance, Methodology & Service Management Practical application of project, transition and service management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall/Hybrid, ITIL and COBIT in complex enterprise environments.
5. Communication, Documentation & Tool Proficiency Ability to produce high-quality documentation, reporting, transition plans, operational readiness documentation and executive presentations, supported by experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365.

The following qualifications are considered an asset and may contribute to a higher score under the relevant evaluation criteria:
- CISSP certification;
- ISO/IEC 27001 certification or equivalent;
- Experience with quantitative risk analysis techniques (e.g. Monte Carlo analysis).

- Strong organizational, coordination, and prioritization skills across multiple workstreams.
