Senior SAP FSM Consultant

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior SAP FSM Consultant for a consultancy mission at a client site. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the Field Service vision from end to end and ensuring the integration of field processes with the SAP ecosystem. As the functional reference for SAP FSM, you will contribute to optimizing interventions, maintenance, resource management, and planning of technical teams.

As the SAP FSM specialist, you will carry out technical and functional expertise missions in the Field Service Management domain of SAP. This includes designing, configuring, evolving, and supporting the SAP FSM solution while ensuring optimal integration with SAP PM, MM, FI, HR, and specific developments. You will also actively mentor and empower junior colleagues.

• →Lead the design and evolution of the SAP FSM solution.
• →Analyze business needs and define functional solutions.
• →Optimize planning and dispatching processes for field teams.
• →Configure activities, skills, SLAs, workflows, and FSM business rules.
• →Support the deployment of mobile technician applications.
• →Ensure FSM integrations with SAP PM, MM, FI, HR, and peripheral applications.
• →Write functional specifications for ABAP developments, APIs, CPI, and BTP.
• →Ensure testing, quality, documentation, and N2/N3 support.
• →Enhance the skills of junior team members through knowledge sharing and training needs assessment.
• →Train users and support change management.

• Take functional responsibility for SAP FSM and become the internal reference on planning, dispatching, mobile applications, execution of field interventions, and integration with SAP S/4HANA.

• Daily support for junior profiles through mentoring, peer reviews, and co-working.
• Build and facilitate skill development paths (workshops, sharing best practices, practical cases).
• Evaluate the technical progress of supported colleagues and identify their additional training needs.
• Encourage the autonomy of junior profiles by adopting a coaching approach (questioning, constructive feedback, progressive delegation).

• SAP FSM - Expert (70%)
• SAP PM - Very Good Level (15%)
• SAP MM - Good Level (5%)
• SAP FI/HR - Good Level (5%)
• ABAP/Integration - Good Level (5%)

Mandatory expertise in SAP FSM with a minimum of 5 years of practical experience. Proven experience with Planning & Dispatching Board. Mastery of FSM Mobile Applications. Advanced configuration of activities, teams, skills, and SLAs. Knowledge of Smartforms, Workflows, and Business Rules. Experience with SAP FSM Cloud integrations with SAP S/4HANA. Participation in multiple FSM deployment or transformation projects.
