Supplier Contract Specialist

• →Support the monitoring of contractual agreements with involved suppliers.
• →Ensure that service management agreements are accurately translated into operational follow-up.
• →Assist in the use of standardized service management clauses in new or amended contracts.
• →Identify contractual risks, gaps, or ambiguities impacting service delivery.
• →Prepare and support supplier reviews and follow-up moments.
• →Contribute to a uniform and professionally organized supplier governance.
• →Support alignment between service delivery, governance, and contractual obligations.
• →Document points of attention and recommendations regarding supplier and contract follow-up.
