Talent Recruiter Consultant

Keystone Solutions is seeking a talented contractor for a consultancy mission focused on Talent Recruitment. This role will provide temporary support to our HR team, primarily based in Brussels, while also engaging with branches across various European countries.

• →You will manage the full cycle recruitment process: understanding the business needs, sourcing, CV screening and interviewing, coordination of tests, and conducting job offer negotiations for different types of profiles.
• →You will work with recruiting team members and hiring managers to develop and execute the sourcing strategy.
• →You will act as a Trusted Partner for business and candidates, establishing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• →You will ensure data quality and keep records up to date in the recruitment tool.

• A contractor with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a similar field and at least 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in the insurance or financial sectors.
• You have a passion for working with people and a competency-based approach, including Competency Based Interviewing, the use of the STAR method, and personality tests.
• You demonstrate excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with hiring managers, executive management, and candidates.
• You possess strong business acumen to translate business needs into defined talent pipelines and sourcing strategies.
• You are proactive, detail-oriented, and well organized.
• You are a team player with a positive attitude.
• You have experience with ATS tools (knowledge of Cegid/Talentsoft is a plus).
