Responsibilities

→Lead the project by defining a realistic and clear roadmap that provides an overview of the entire project.
→Arbitrate operational priorities and the order of various tasks pragmatically to ensure resources are utilized on the most critical issues.
→Anticipate risks: identify potential risks (delays, unexpected costs, lack of resources) and communicate them succinctly to management.
→Facilitate dependencies: coordinate interactions between different teams and ease change management by making objectives tangible.
→Governance: ensure governance by bringing together the right stakeholders for decision-making and regularly report strategic progress to management.
→Collaborate with technical teams: work daily with technical teams to unblock inefficiencies and facilitate project advancement.
