Technical Trainer Consultant

As a Technical Trainer, you will play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality technical training for our dealer network and internal teams at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. Your expertise will directly contribute to the correct maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of vehicles, in line with manufacturer standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.

• →Deliver technical training sessions (classroom, workshop, digital or blended learning).
• →Ensure effective knowledge transfer to technicians and dealer staff.
• →Adapt training approach to audience level (junior to expert).
• →Translate manufacturer training material into clear, practical and impactful modules.
• →Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of training programmes.
• →Integrate new technologies (EV, digital tools, diagnostics systems) into training content.
• →Stay up to date with automotive innovations (electrification, connectivity, etc.).
• →Maintain strong technical knowledge aligned with OEM standards.
• →Support dealerships in understanding technical procedures and best practices.
• →Prepare training environments (vehicles, tools, components).
• →Manage training materials and equipment when needed.
• →Collaborate with internal stakeholders (training managers, technical experts).
• →Ensure training meets manufacturer requirements and certification standards.
• →Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance (ISO, audit context).
• →Support the Academy in achieving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Strong technical knowledge in automotive technology.
• Experience in diagnostics, repair or technical support (dealer or OEM environment).
• Experience as a trainer is a strong asset.
• Strong pedagogical skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Comfortable presenting and facilitating training sessions.
• Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
• Passion for training and knowledge sharing.
• Strong adaptability in a fast-changing technical environment.
• Structured and quality-driven mindset.
