Test Coordinator Analyst

We are seeking a Test Coordinator/Analyst for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. This role involves working within a dynamic, bilingual environment where you will collaborate with both Dutch and French stakeholders. As part of a multidisciplinary scrum development team, you will engage in agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions.

As a Test Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and monitoring testing activities to ensure the delivery of software that meets business requirements and expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

• →Defining effective testing approaches based on technical insights and functional needs.
• →Establishing acceptance criteria, developing test cases, and maintaining regression test scenarios.
• →Coordinating with stakeholders outside the agile team for end-to-end testing activities and business acceptance testing.
• →Taking initiative to automate repetitive tests.
• →Reporting transparently on the progress of testing activities and the quality of developments.
• →Providing daily guidance to 1 or 2 other testers within the team.

As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for setting up and executing tests to deliver quality software. Key tasks include:

• →Developing a strong understanding of the technical environment and functional requirements.
• →Creating test strategies based on analyses for various developed applications.
• →Preparing data and executing functional and non-functional tests.
• →Coordinating and supporting acceptance testing and guiding users through the process.
• →Creating regression tests to efficiently identify software issues.
• →Documenting automated test procedures (principles, tools, and methodologies).
• →Analyzing, documenting, and reporting test results to business analysts and developers.
• →Following up on corrections with involved parties.

• Experience as a Test Analyst (5+ years).
• Experience as a Test Coordinator (3+ years).
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and standards such as ISTQB or TMap (5+ years).
• Proficiency in complex SQL, XML, and JSON queries (3+ years).
• Experience with API testing (Soap and REST API) and non-functional testing (e.g., performance tests) using tools like SoapUI/ReadyAPI/Postman (3+ years).
• Experience working in an Azure DevOps environment (3+ years).
• Experience in an agile/scrum environment (1+ year).
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
• Experience with Playwright or similar tools is a plus.

• Strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and proactivity.
• Team player with organizational skills.
• Ability to deliver quality work based on analysis and synthesis.
• Coordination and coaching abilities.

• Fluency in Dutch or French.
• Active knowledge of the second national language.
