Test Manager

Keystone Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Test Manager/Test Coordinator to strengthen our Life Insurance Applications team at a client site. The ideal candidate will combine strong testing expertise, leadership, structured delivery, stakeholder management, and a clear focus on quality. Hands-on knowledge and proven experience in AI-assisted testing are mandatory. The candidate is expected to bring this expertise to the team, integrate it into the testing approach, and actively contribute to strengthening the overall AI capabilities of the Testing Team.

• →Prepare and organize System Testing and User Acceptance Testing for application projects, including new products, process updates, and system evolutions, to support high-quality delivery.
• →Manage test activities for each project, including planning, analysis, design, implementation, execution, completion, monitoring, and control.
• →Lead and coordinate a testing team composed of application experts, providing clear direction, guidance, and support.
• →Coordinate with Project Leads, Business Analysts, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective testing.
• →Use available tools for test follow-up, reporting, documentation, and traceability.
• →Monitor and report on test progress, defects, risks, dependencies, and overall quality metrics.
• →Define relevant criteria to support Go/No-Go decisions with the different stakeholders.
• →Ensure alignment with testing standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• →Conduct test risk assessments and manage appropriate mitigation actions.
• →Anticipate blocking situations and take appropriate measures to protect delivery and improve project quality.
• →Integrate AI-assisted testing into the test approach and identify relevant opportunities to improve test analysis, test design, execution, documentation, reporting, and efficiency.
• →Guide the practical and responsible use of AI within testing activities, without compromising quality, traceability, confidentiality, or stakeholder accountability.
• →Exchange knowledge and collaborate with Test Officers/Analysts and other Test Managers (experienced in AI), while proactively sharing methods, use cases, best practices, and lessons learned.
• →Actively strengthen the overall AI capabilities of the Testing Team by transferring and embedding knowledge in a practical and sustainable way.
• →Encourage collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement around AI-assisted testing across projects and team members.

• Proven experience as a Senior Test Manager/Test Coordinator, or in a similar role.
• Proven hands-on experience in AI-assisted testing is mandatory.
• Ability to translate AI knowledge into a practical test approach and concrete testing activities.
• Ability to collaborate and exchange with Test Officers/Test Analysts and Test Managers/Test Coordinators experienced in AI, and to proactively transfer and embed own AI knowledge within the Testing Team.
• Ability to guide team members in the effective and responsible use of AI-assisted testing.
• Strong knowledge of application testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
• Flexibility and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong delivery mindset and ability to work in an organized, structured, and flexible way to meet challenging deadlines.
• Capacity to quickly acquire sufficient knowledge of existing Life Insurance applications in order to collaborate with and challenge application experts, including Test Officers/Test Analysts, IT teams, and Business Analysts.

• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with modern testing frameworks, test automation and AI.
• Up-to-date knowledge of testing tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
