Director of Design and Project Delivery – Water Treatment

Sentinel Water Solutions is seeking a Director of Design and Project Delivery – Water Treatment, based in either West Chester, PA, or Pittsburgh (Eighty Four, PA), to lead the engineering, execution, growth, and profitability of our Design-Build business unit.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity overseeing the design and delivery of engineered water treatment systems, including steel vessel treatment systems, containerized equipment, permanent treatment installations, and temporary treatment solutions.

Reporting directly to the President, this individual will build and lead a dedicated engineering and project delivery team while managing projects from initial design and estimating through procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning.

The ideal candidate combines technical engineering expertise, strong project management experience, financial accountability, and an entrepreneurial mindset to help scale a growing business.
