Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:  Support leadership to oversee all operations of the team. Plays a key operations role in tasker management; issues, reviews, and tracks taskings for the team. Keep accurate records of important meetings/schedule for the implementation of various team strategies. Assist with human resources management, including but not limited to award write-ups, award processing, onboarding/offboarding personnel, and monitoring of yearly training requirements. Prepare and come up with new strategies to increase the output for the team. Responsible for updating/implementing policies or core working practices. Manage team battle rhythm (meetings, agendas, tasking requirements, product development, and administrative documents). Work with Program Executive Office Headquarters staff and Project Office Team leadership to support tasking and directives. Assimilate information from numerous sources and provide recommendations to leadership. Coordinate technical development with other Project/Product Offices, other government agencies, and contractors to promote information exchange. Develop, staff, and present briefings to officials/groups in PEO/Project/Product Offices. Assist with daily and weekly reports to Executive Leadership (Staff Call notes, significant actions reporting, and other daily/weekly reports as required). Serve as a backup to the Lead Operations Analyst.  Minimum Position requirements: Plan, organize, and direct the work of teams or task forces to accept recommendations, changes, or conflicts among team members. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work effectively, and work well with others. Above average knowledge of Microsoft Programs, to include, but not limited to, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Outstanding communication, both written and verbal. Outstanding analytical skills. Excellent organizational skills. Strong problem-solving skills Preferred Position requirements: Army Acquisition experience. Comprehensive knowledge of Army regulations, acquisition policies and precedents, program goals and objectives, and work processes of the organizations supported, as well as relationships with other programs within the Department of the Army. Skilled in interpersonal and intergovernmental communications. Experience with task management software.
