Marketing Project Coordinator Location: Remote US (Eastern time zone preferred) Base Salary Rate: $82,697 - $97,290 per year  Job type: Full-time position About This Role Kidde Global Solutions is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Marketing Project Coordinator to join our Marketing Operations team. This role supports the day-to-day planning, coordination, and execution of creative and marketing projects from briefing through final delivery.   The Marketing Project Coordinator works closely with creative execution teams and cross-functional Marketing partners to build and maintain project schedules, coordinate workflows, track deliverables, and keep projects moving forward. This role serves as a central point of communication for assigned projects, ensuring teams remain aligned on priorities, timing, responsibilities, and next steps.   The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys bringing structure to complex work, building strong relationships, and managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.   Key Responsibilities Project manage assigned creative and marketing projects from briefing through final delivery. Build and maintain project schedules, tasks, timelines, milestones, and workflow information within Adobe Workfront and other Marketing tools. Coordinate multiple concurrent projects across creative teams, Marketing partners, and other cross-functional stakeholders based on established priorities, scope, and deadlines. Serve as a central point of communication for assigned projects, proactively communicating status, responsibilities, risks, dependencies, and next steps. Identify project roadblocks and partner with appropriate teams or leaders to resolve or escalate issues. Lead and facilitate recurring project status meetings, reviews, and other workflow discussions to drive alignment, decisions, and next steps. Ensure project briefs, requirements, decisions, and approvals are complete and appropriately documented. Coordinate with external agencies, partners, vendors, or freelancers as needed. Build strong working relationships across Marketing and partner teams to support effective collaboration and project delivery. Additional Responsibilities   Responsibilities may evolve as business needs, team structures, tools, and ways of working change Support additional Marketing Operations and Creative Operations initiatives as needed. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience 3+ years’ experience in project coordination, project management, Marketing Operations, Creative Operations, or a related role. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of professional experience working within or directly supporting a Marketing organization. 1+ years of project management or project coordination experience within a consumer-packaged goods (CPG), durable goods, manufacturing, or product-based organization. Experience managing or coordinating multiple concurrent projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders. Experience working directly with creative teams, including graphic designers. Professional experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience managing creative projects involving graphic design, packaging, digital, ecommerce, photography, video, print, or other marketing deliverables. Experience supporting product launches or marketing initiatives for physical products. Experience with Adobe Workfront or another project/work management platform. Experience working within retail or ecommerce environments. Familiarity with creative processes and the ability to translate briefs and requirements into actionable tasks and timelines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify project risks and escalate issues appropriately.
