About the Role
Are you energetic and passionate about helping kids grow? KidStrong is looking for Coaches who love creating fun, engaging experiences for children. As a Coach, you'll lead our curriculum and make a lasting impact on the kids and families in our community.

What You'll Do

Lead fun, high-energy classes that build brain, physical and character skills in kids from crawling age to 11 years old.
Earn KidStrong Coach Certification and keep building your skills through our ongoing training.
Create positive experiences for families before, during and after class.
Keep classes running smoothly and on time.
Coach classes, camps, movie nights and other center events as needed.

What You Bring

A genuine passion for working with children (required).
Confidence and clear communication with parents and guardians.
High energy and an engaging presence in every class.
CPR certification, or willingness to get certified.
