As a Shipping & Receiving Specialist, you’ll be part of a major investment in best-in-class manufacturing, new capabilities, and long‑term growth. - Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Unload, sort, and distribute materials, supplies, equipment, and packages to designated departments and storage locations.
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, dollies, and weighing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by labeling, tagging, tracking, and documenting incoming and outgoing materials.
- Process shipment discrepancies, shortages, damaged goods, and delivery issues by coordinating with vendors and carriers to achieve timely resolution.
- Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate outbound shipments to internal facilities, external customers, and vendor locations.
- Package, stage, and process returned materials and equipment for shipment back to vendors or other company locations.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders regarding shipment status, material availability, deliveries, and return requests.
- Maintain organized warehouse, receiving, and storage areas while following safety, quality, and inventory control procedures.
- Complete administrative and clerical tasks including recordkeeping, inventory transactions, shipping logs, and receipt documentation to support daily operations.

Starting Hourly Wage: $28.00 USD
At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. This position is eligible for the starting wage listed above, overtime pay and available pay increases within your first year. You’ll also enjoy a full benefits package, including our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plan. Please note that the stated pay rate applies to US locations only.
This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role’s country only. Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation support for this role.
