The HR Generalist serves as a trusted business partner to manufacturing leaders, providing support across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, learning and development, and workforce planning. This role helps build a high-performing, engaged workforce by coaching leaders, developing team capability, supporting organizational change, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and mutual respect.
In this role, you will:
Coach leaders on onboarding, performance management, employee relations, development planning, and career growth.
Support implementation of people strategies aligned with business objectives.
Partner with leaders to develop action plans from engagement and culture survey results.
Support recruitment activities, hiring events, onboarding programs, and workforce planning initiatives.
Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps, succession opportunities, and development needs.
Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
Facilitate team effectiveness, leader assimilation, and change management efforts.
Drive continuous improvement through coaching, collaboration, and problem solving.
Support site communications, recognition programs, engagement activities, and community initiatives.
Promote a culture of inclusion, accountability, teamwork, and employee ownership.
