Hiring a BIM Manager, responsible for leading digital design, multi-trade coordination, and preconstruction modeling for mechanical, HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems across a diverse array of projects.

• 5+ years of prior experience in mechanical BIM coordination, VDC, or mechanical construction
• Software proficiency across multiple design products.
• Strong understanding of HVAC design, hydronic piping, plumbing and fabrication.
• Leadership and management qualities.
