- Work closely with clients to understand project requirements, address concerns, and provide regular updates on project status.
- Develop, implement, and manage project schedules, ensuring effective coordination between teams and subcontractors.
- Oversee the project team and subcontractors, ensuring all work meets safety standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within the allocated financial parameters.
- Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, submittals, change orders, and purchase orders.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality control.
- Manage risk assessment, mitigation plans, and resolve issues that may arise during project execution.
Requirements
~1 min read- 5+ years of experience managing construction projects, with a focus on high-end tenant improvements.
- Strong background in managing complex projects with an emphasis on quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- In-depth understanding of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and project management software.
- Proven track record of delivering projects successfully on time and within budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
