Kinetic Custom Trailers USA Inc. is hiring a General Laborer to join our Production Support team in Texas. This role is ideal for someone hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn. You’ll assist with materials handling, logistics, and housekeeping to keep our trailer manufacturing operations efficient and organized. 

You’re a reliable, physically capable team player with strong attention to detail and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks. You’re adaptable, safety-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced shop environment. 

• →Perform general housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, recycling, waste disposal, and restocking consumables 

• →Assist with loading and unloading materials and products (forklift training provided if required) 

• →Fabricate, assemble, prep and/or finish components as needed 

• →Understand and comply with all PPE requirements at all times, work safely every day and encourage all team members to do the same 

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods 

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately 

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team 

• Commitment to following safety protocols 

• Strong team player 

• Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial setting  

• Hours: Full-time, Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM 

• Location: Waco, Texas 

• Environment: Industrial shop floor and warehouse
