Influencer Service Lead (with HR experience)

This is a full-time, strictly on-site position based in Binondo. You will own our influencer marketing campaigns while using your HR background (Recruitment & Employee Relations) to source talent, handle contract dynamics, and oversee remote support staff and creators.

• →Influencer Strategy & Execution: End-to-end management of creator partnerships, campaign briefs, product distribution, and performance tracking (conversions, engagement, EMV) across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• →Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source, interview, negotiate with, and onboard influencers, content creators, and external agency contacts using structured recruitment practices.
• →Remote Employee Leadership: Manage, monitor, and maintain high performance among remote employees, virtual assistants, or external contractor teams.
• →Employee Relations (ER) & Compliance: Serve as the point of contact for contractor/creator disputes, contract enforcement, rate negotiations, and maintaining strong professional standards.
• →On-site Coordination: Collaborate daily with Klaiya’s in-house team at our Binondo office to keep campaigns aligned with company goals.

• Work Setup: Ability to work 100% on-site at our Binondo, Manila office (Monday to Friday).
• HR Experience: Professional background in Human Resources, with demonstrated focus on Recruitment / Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations.
• Influencer Marketing: 3+ years experience driving creator campaigns, negotiating rates, and tracking marketing metrics.
• Remote Management: Proven ability to manage and motivate remote employees or distributed contractor teams.
• Key Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, contract handling, dispute resolution, and organization.
