Quality Control Line Tech

Kleen Test Products (KTP), a leading contract manufacturer of household and personal care products, is looking for a QC Line Technician to help ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of products made for nationally recognized brands.

This is a hands-on role for individuals who enjoy being on the manufacturing floor, identifying quality issues before they become problems, and working closely with production teams to maintain high standards.

• 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift Monday-Friday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• →Perform in-process quality inspections on production lines
• →Verify product weights, measurements, labeling, coding, and appearance
• →Conduct testing using quality equipment such as pH meters, balances, and vacuum testers
• →Complete quality documentation accurately and on time
• →Identify and communicate quality concerns to production leadership
• →Ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and company specifications
• →Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
• →Maintain product traceability and quality records

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow procedures and document results accurately
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Manufacturing
• Experience performing inspections, testing, or production documentation
• Familiarity with GMP, FDA-regulated, food, personal care, pharmaceutical, or consumer products manufacturing environments
• Experience using quality testing or measurement equipment

To thrive in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and attributes:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous quality control or manufacturing experience preferred (3-6 months in a similar role)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies, defects, and quality issues
• Adaptability and flexibility to work across departments and collaborate with machine operators to resolve quality concerns
• Effective communication skills with the ability to clearly document inspection results and communicate findings to team members
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn spreadsheet and word processing software
• Basic math proficiency, including the ability to perform calculations using the metric system
• Demonstrated discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
