Fleet Mechanic

• →Perform scheduled basic maintenance and inspections on vehicles (cars, vans, and trucks).
• →Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and perform transport to dealership for repairs.
• →Complete preventive maintenance and maintain detailed service records.
• →Conduct safety and compliance inspections to meet DOT and environmental standards.
• →Manage parts inventory and coordinate repair schedules with the operations team.
• →Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• →Assist occasionally with maintenance of field equipment and small engines.

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or ASE certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a fleet, automotive, or diesel mechanic.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Valid New York State driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic computer/tablet skills for logging maintenance and repairs.
