The role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to pitching, negotiation, and closing deals while building strong relationships with HR, finance, and key decision-makers. The successful candidate will act as a consultative partner, presenting Klivvr’s solutions in a compelling way and ensuring seamless onboarding of corporate accounts. This role requires a target-driven professional with strong business development experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients across target industries and market segments.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, finance, and key business decision-makers.
- Present Klivvr’s products and solutions in a consultative and compelling manner.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of corporate accounts.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and accurately track sales activities through CRM systems.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends and competitors.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and client reports.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and business development activities.
- Collaborate with telesales and field sales teams to maximize lead conversion and customer acquisition.
- Provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and performance reports to the Corporate Sales Manager.
