Responsibilities

→Reads and understands a work order packet and other related work documentation to determine what processes need to be used.
→Gather the material identified in the work order packet.
→Load capacitors into ovens or liners at the start of the impregnation cycle to dry parts.
→Transfers units into vacuum tanks/liners at specified times for impregnation.
→Transfers units from vacuum tanks/liners and prepares them for leak test.
→Perform acceptance tests on dielectric fluids.
→Promptly complete job folders and other supporting documentation.
→Communicate with manufacturing supervision regarding any non-conformances in shop packets, materials, instructions, or other irregularities.
→Contribute to a safe and healthy working environment by proper use and maintenance of company provided assets.
→Other assignments as requested or as business needs require.

Requirements

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and understand manufacturing documents.
Proficiency in high school level math skills.
Ability to utilize measuring tools and other hand-held tools.
Routing problem solving (evaluate and establish facts and seek solutions).
