Key Responsibilities CI/CD & Repo Management: Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines optimized for integrating with large, complex customer repositories. Full-Stack Development: Write clean, scalable code across the full stack while ensuring seamless deployment and system reliability. Infrastructure as Code: Utilize Terraform to provision, manage, and scale cloud infrastructure. Data Engineering & Architecture: Work extensively on heavy data-side engineering, including data pipeline development and optimizing data flows. Continuous Upskilling: Proactively learn and implement PySpark and modern Data Architecture principles to support our growing data needs. AI Tool Integration: Leverage modern AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and agentic workflows to accelerate development and automate routine engineering tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications Core Engineering: Strong background in traditional Software Engineering practices (OOP, system design, and clean code). CI/CD Expertise: Proven experience with advanced CI/CD tools, version control, and managing deployments for large-scale customer repositories. Full-Stack Exposure: Solid understanding of both frontend and backend development lifecycles. Cloud & IaC: Hands-on experience (or a strong foundational knowledge) with Terraform and cloud infrastructure management. Data-Centric Mindset: Experience working heavily on the data side of applications. Growth Mindset: Strong willingness and readiness to upskill quickly on PySpark and Data Architecture. Modern Tooling: Familiarity with LLMs and AI-assisted development tools like Claude and Cursor. Big Plus / Bonus Skills Advanced experience with Terraform at scale. Experience building or utilizing Agentic tools and workflows for automation.
