Property and Casualty Agent

We are looking for Property and Casualty Insurance Agents to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the company's client base by actively seeking new clients. You will also research and design insurance coverage options using various insurance products tailored to meet the needs of these new clients.

Responsibilities:  

* Conduct research and develop insurance coverage for new clients.  

* Address client inquiries and resolve changes as needed.  

* Expand business reach through effective networking strategies.  

* Monitor and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in insurance production, customer service, or other related fields with a proven record of success.  

* Ability to build rapport with clients effectively.  

* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.  

* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.  

* Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.*
