Customer Service Agent - Bulgarian

• Handle urgent calls and dispatch technicians with all necessary details.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with passengers stuck in elevators.
• Provide guidance and reassurance in emergency situations.

• Respond to customer calls and messages within SLA.
• Resolve inquiries, log complaints, and update customer information.
• Escalate complex cases to the right KONE teams.

• Conduct post-service surveys and welcome calls
• Contact customers periodically to support KONE campaigns
• Maintain data accuracy while handling requests efficiently

• Strong communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail
• Experience in customer service or call center roles
• PC literacy and ability to work with multiple systems
• Language skills:
  • Bulgarian – advanced (mandatory)
  • Romanian language: advanced level (essential)
  • English – basic
• Calm, solution-oriented, and professional under pressure
