Customer Service Agent - Greek-speaking

KONE is looking for a Greek-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Care team in Bucharest.

• Handle urgent calls and dispatch technicians with all necessary details
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with passengers stuck in elevators
• Provide guidance and reassurance in emergency situations

• Respond to customer calls and messages within SLA
• Resolve inquiries, log complaints, and update customer information
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate KONE teams

• Conduct post-service surveys and welcome calls
• Contact customers periodically to support KONE campaigns
• Maintain data accuracy while handling requests efficiently

• Strong communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail
• Experience in customer service or call center roles
• PC literacy and ability to work with multiple systems
• Language skills:
  • Greek – advanced (mandatory)
  • Romanian – advanced (mandatory)
  • English – basic
• Calm, solution-oriented, and professional under pressure
