Responsibilities

Test and commission elevators on-site to ensure full compliance with safety, technical, and regulatory requirements
→
Work closely with installation teams and site personnel to confirm elevator readiness
→
Conduct electrical safety checks and mechanical tests as per EN81, Lift Directive, and other local standards
→
Record and report all measurements and findings, highlighting any issues for corrective actions
→
Perform final inspections and provide snagging lists to support handover and quality closure
→
Ensure safety for all site personnel and the public during testing and commissioning work
→
Take part in discussions and reviews to continuously improve processes and standards

A hands-on, practical mindset with strong technical skills
High attention to detail and safety-focused working style
Ability to collaborate with various on-site roles, such as Installation Supervisors and Project Managers
Basic computer literacy for documentation and reporting tasks
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within Romania
Previous experience in elevator testing, commissioning, or installation is a plus. Full training is provided
