Responsibilities
~1 min readManage and contribute to end-to-end incident lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs and KPIs.
Perform advanced troubleshooting across multiple technologies and environments (global and local).
Lead and/or support problem management and root cause analysis (RCA) initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Developers, Business, and Support teams) for issue resolution.
Provide hands-on operational support and coordinate with stakeholders during critical incidents.
Apply DevOps best practices to improve operational efficiency and system reliability.
Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitLab.
Develop and deploy automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, or similar tools.
Contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps processes and workflows.
Actively work on the semi-development workloads collected from the development teams.
Actively find opportunities & drive the AI initiatives within the CAI Ops stream.
Monitor system health and performance using cloud-native and third-party monitoring tools.
Identify opportunities for proactive monitoring, automation, and stability improvements.
Optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
Maintain strong understanding of applications, infrastructure, and product architecture.
Manage configuration of systems within scope (where applicable).
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to operational standards and processes.
Requirements

Hands-on expertise in:
Experience with system monitoring, alerting, and observability tools
Experience in infrastructure optimization and cost management
